Ken has approaching 30 years experience in the property industry working on the landlord / developer side of projects with a combined end value exceeding £3billion. He has worked within the retail, office and residential sectors, including a number of large mixed-use urban regeneration projects.
For over 20 years, Ken has run his own successful business focusing on new start-up projects or solving under performing property assets, helping to quickly turn them around and drive through consistent and profitable growth. Clients include developers, landlords, pension funds and banks.
Project experience includes; Broadgate, King’s Cross, Marylebone Village Regeneration (The Howard de Walden Estate), Regent Street Direct (The Crown Estate), Hammersmith Embankment (Barclays Pension Fund), Thames Gateway (Communities & Local Government) and Docklands.
Previously, Ken was the Business Development Director at the Prudential and Rosehaugh.
